Andy makes his name as an ERC Hero by supporting the healthy lifestyles of his employees and providing the best possible value for the company's health insurance spend. In 2006, Bowden joined the ERC Health program and immediately became involved in the ERC Health Academy. To this day, Andy continues to innovate and look for all possible ways to improve the plan and reduce the costs to the company and for the employees.
Sandi Pandy, HR/Health Coordinator
Sandi has been an enthusiastic champion of the ERC Health Academy at Bowden and has helped the company pull together several great employee programs. She relentlessly handles the enrollment paperwork and new hire processes and makes sure that everything is handled properly and timely. Have no fear, Sandi is here.
Taryn Stephan, Scheduler/Health Coordinator
Taryn is an integral part of the administrative team at Bowden Manufacturing. In addition to her day-to-day tasks, Taryn has her foot in the HR and wellness initiatives at the organization, none of which would be possible without her support.
