One of the key indicators of a Dynamic Business Leader is growth. Under Randy Luecke, CSA International has grown significantly in Northeast Ohio and beyond. In 2008, the company opened a new lab and facility for OnSpeX, a division of the CSA Group. Under Randy's leadership, the projected revenue for the current fiscal year, as compared to the revenue five years ago at its inception, has multiplied by a factor of 6.5.
Randy has been very successful in growing CSA International and OnSpeX, but he is known by his employees as so much more. His employees tend to see him more as a colleague and a mentor than a traditional boss. In his role as President of the company, he does not lose sight of the people in his organization. Randy's personal touch starts with messages to employees on their birthdays and anniversaries - but that's not where it ends. In order to make every employee feel like part of the CSA family, he reaches out to employees when they experience the loss of a loved one. He celebrates the accmplishments of not only his employees, but their families as well.
Communication is an important part of CSA International's success. Randy sends out a monthly newsletter to all global associates including business results, quality and efficiency, and company updates. He also sends out a monthly message entitled, "Intermission," which deals with the company's mission, values, and life in general, rather than lengthy financials or operating results.
Randy is the ideal Dynamic Business Leader. He is passionate about his work and leading his team to success, however he never forgets that people come first.
